ITS CRAP THAT PEOPLE BUY INTO THIS . HOMEOWNERS NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT FIRST THING THE ONES MAKING THE DECISIONS ARE NOT THE SERVICERS IT IS THE INVESORS B/C THEY ARE TH ONES THAT GAVE YOU THE LOAN SO YOUR SERVICER LIKE CITI OR WEELS FARGO OR COUNTRY WIDE HAVE TO AND WILL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO FOLLOW THE INVESTORS RULES AND IT IS THAT CUT AND DRY. THE OTHER THING THAT I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM PEOPLE IS THAT WHEN THEY ARE GOING OVER YOUR QUAILIFACAIONS AS A MRTG THEY ARE LOOKING AT THE DELIQUENT AMOUNT AND THE INVESTOR AND IF IT IS A RENTAL PROPERTY BECAUSE NO INVSTOR WILL MODIFY A RENTAL PROPERTY, THEY ARE MOSTLY LOOKING AT THE FINANCIAL SITUATION AND IF YOU CAN NO LONGER AFFORD YOUR PROPERTY IN 6 MNTHS FROM NOW THAN SELL OR APPLY FOR DIL WHY PUT YOUR SELF THROUGH ALL THE STRESS AND THE CRAP. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH . AND THE WHOLE CREDIT SCORE AND SELF EMPLOYMENT NEEDS TO STOP, NOBODY ASKED FOR THIS RECESSION BUT EVEBODY IS DEALING WITH IT JUST THE SAME, AND THE EMPLOYEES AT THE MRTG COMPANIES, THEY GIT THERE HOURS CUT AND OT TAKEN AWAY AND THEY DONT GET PAY RAISES AND MOST OF ALL THEY PAID AND GOT TAXED FOR THE BAIL OUT JUST LIKE YOU DID, GROW UP PEOPLE. AND FYI THE BAIL OUT AND THE STIMLUS FUNDS WENT TO INVESTORS NOT HOMEOWNERS AND DONT CALL INTO YOUR SERVICER AND SAY THAT YOU DONT WANT YOUR CREDIT RUINED AND YOU HAVE BEEN RCVING UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS FOR 2 YEARS IT WILL NOT HELP YOU. Everything posted made a ton of sense. However, what about this? what if you typed a catchier post title? I mean, I don’t wish to tell you how to run your website, however what if you added a title that makes people want more? I mean 13.4th..Post..The Economy Gripe – TheLastSupper.Info is a little vanilla. You could glance at Yahoo’s front page and watch how they write article headlines to get people to open the links. You might try adding a video or a pic or two to grab readers excited about everything’ve written. In my opinion, it might make your posts a little livelier.

You’re right about a lot of the meat to be found in the cmmeonts especially at a site like your own where there’s a lot of high value conversation. On many blogs, including this one, if you put a link in your conmemt your conmemt will be marked as spam and the blogger will have to go through extra steps for your conmemt to show up so unless it is very much adding to the conversation I would leave the only link the one attached to your name.It’s more the links coming IN that make you an authority site. Being a hub can help but it is more about the times people link to you when discussing a topic.Yes the outbound links can affect the topic your blog is perceived to be about in Google but I am not too concerned, my blog is for people not search engines. In most niches the conmemts you get will be from others in your niche, blogging as a topic is so vague anyway it will not hurt me to link to credit and education sites

My comments have attracted many new regular readers and according to my Google Analytics report, the new visitor percentage to my blog has increased about 24%. I take pictures of famous or somewhat known people, or clips of movies or tv shows and mix them together with music and add cool coloring and effects and that’s how I make my videos. There is a whole little community that does this on yt. It is very fun and everyone is very nice to one another. The reason I am rambling about this is that I am saying that the videos that I make don’t really attract a lot of those dumb, hateful comments. Sometimes some people may say, “Oohmehgawd, tis vidoe suxs soooo baaaad!” But basically every vidder who gets those comments ignore them and other commentors just ignore them as well.
